I just wanted to take a minute to drop you a line to let you know just how much I LOVE your Lightning Nuggets! I am a Boise, Idaho native and (most likely) permanent resident, have been utilizing your Lightning Nuggets for over six years now, and I simply refuse to use anything else to light my charcoal and camp fires. I first purchased your product at Fred Meyer in Boise back in 2006, but have since purchased them online from Amazon.com, buying a box of 100-count Nuggets about once a year. They are the cleanest and safest method I have found for lighting fires, and I’ve raved about them to as many people I know, as well as in some of the BBQ forums of which I was a part. I just read about how the company was started, and I did not realize that your journey began while on a trip in the Idaho Wilderness (some of the most beautiful land in the world, in my most humble opinion), and that you are from the Pacific Northwest. I try to buy most of my products from the USA, and also local, if not semi-local, as well. I have been cooking with charcoal for about six years, also enjoy cooking with propane, and I love to camp with my family in the Idaho mountains. My sons, 8 and 5 today, have both expressed interest in learning how to grill, and I intend to show them all I know so that they can be the ones cooking when they get older! Keep up the good work; I plan to use your product until I can no longer BBQ or go camping!
Great value. These firestarters are the same quality as much more expensive models. I used them on a hunting trip in Utah and they never failed to light a fire and burn for 10-15 minutes. -Acton, CA

Several years ago, we found Lightning Nuggets at our local Fred Meyer. Now we cannot live without them. This year I waited too long to get to the store and get more, so I found your website and just ordered more. Just wanted you to know what a great product you have! Primarily sent this as feedback and thanks for a great product. We purchased a Fischer Mama Bear wood stove ten years ago, and it sat on the front porch until this fall with energy prices skyrockteing, after we'd finally laid our Cherokee Fieldstone hearth. Our box of Lightning Nuggets-also ten years old- got pulled out of our storage barn and WOW still burned GREAT! Clean, natural easy firestarters. What a boon to our family, now enjoying wonderful radiant heat. Thanks also for offering a bulk amount at a reasonable price. Will be ordering by next season, after we deplete our 100-count box.
